1.     Web Analyst (WA)

  • S1 Computer Science/Mathematic/Statistic
  • max 27 years old
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Bahasa and English
  • Goal and results oriented
  • Strong leadership, organizational, statistical, analytical and problem-solving Skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish, nurture, and support good working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Client focused, creating an environment in which concern for client satisfaction is a key priority.
  • Highly adaptable to change with the ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risk.
  • Has strong initiative and is a creative thinker. Curious nature is an asset.
  • Able to make complex decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and risk.
  • Highly effective working in teams with tight deadlines and has the ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mastery of Excel, Powerpoint and other software tools for reporting and presenting data.

 

2.     Software Quality Control (SQC)

Software Quality Control (SQC) is needed to keep the software development. SQC task is to ensure that software products will meet the quality objectives at best value to customers. During the software development process, a SQAC participates from the beginning of software development process to understand how the software will function. SQC develop a testing procedure and execute it to ensure the software runs effectively.  SQC also involves the monitoring of the entire development process to enhance or modify the software to operate properly. After the software has been developed, SQC will test the overall functions, validation results, performance and conformance with established quality standards.

 

Role and responsibility

  • Development process monitoring
  • Create and execute test procedure (Test Plan)
  • Bug tracking and bug report
  • Ensure software quality
  • Create UAT document

 

 

Job Requirement & Qualification

  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Male or female, minimum age 20, maximum 25
  • Familiarity or Understanding standard web programming language such as HTML, CSS, Java Script. understand PHP or Java programming get additional value.
  • Knowledge of various browsers and operating systems
  • Good at oral and writing communication skill
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of team and establish and maintain cooperative working
  • Can work efficiently, multitasking, and work under pressure

The Second US- Indonesia Kavli Frontiers of Science Call for Expression of Interest

” The Second US- Indonesia Kavli Frontiers of Science Call for Expression of Interest” will be held in Solo, Indonesia on July 2012.

Applicants should :

1.  have a doctoral degree and actively conduct research as shown by their International and national publication

2. No more than 45 years old at the time of application

3. Submit a brief CV (no more than 2 pages), highlighting their publication list

4. Include a brief statement (short paragraph, < 500 words) on what you would like to present at the meeting if you are selected.

Application should be written in english and sent to : marsia@eijkman.go.id or rohani_amborappe@yahoo.com by no later than 2 February 2012.

Joint Field Trip Geografi FMIPA UI – University of Sydney

Tanggal 25 Januari – 22 Februari 2012, Departemen Geografi FMIPA UI bekerja sama dengan University of Sidney (USYD) mengadakan Joint Field Trip dengan thema “Urbanly Lifely Hood”. Kegiatan ini diadakan di Indonesia selama kurang lebih sebulan, pesertanya adalah mahasiswa/i dari University of Sydney sebanyak 22 mahasiswa/i dengan didampingi oleh 1 orang Dosen, Mr. Jeff Nielsen, sedangkan peserta dari UI sebanyak 19 orang dengan didampingi oleh 3 orang Dosen, Ibu Widyawati, Bapak Hafiz Setiadi dan Bapak Andri Rustanto. Tempat-tempat yang akan dikunjungi dalam Joint Field Trip ini antara lain adalah : 4 hari di Ciwidey, Jawa Barat, 2 minggu di Tana Toraja, Sulawesi Selatan dan terakhir mereka akan mengunjungi Pulau Bali. Untuk kunjungan ke Ciwidey, mereka akan melakukan kunjungan ke beberapa objek pariwisata, serta mengamati kehidupan masyarakat di sekitar, terutama pertanian, perkebunan teh dan  perkebunan strawberry. Untuk kunjungan ke Tana Toraja, selain mengunjungi objek pariwisata, mereka juga akan mengamati kehidupan masyarakat di sekitar dan perkebunan kopi.
