SENIOR DATABASE PROGRAMMER
Description :
Develop database models and subsequent code modules to support emerging SITTI development. Develop and perform enterprise-level solutions and data integration processes and procedures. Develop and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Work closely with other members of the database administration and development team to design, develop, test, and implement database modification scripts and installation procedures to support user and client requirements. Work closely with members of the software development team to identify technical solutions to user requested enhancements and modifications.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with developing relational, object, and object-relational database models, architectures, and solutions
- 3+ years of experience with developing data integration processes and procedures
- 3+ years of experience with MySQL or SQL Server
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with UML, XSD, XML, WSDL, UDDI, and SOAP
- Expertise in database schema design & architecture

TEXT / DATA MINING ENGINEER
Description :
Work as part of a team to design, prototype and support intelligent information processing application with primary focus on decision analytics using text mining and data mining technologies. Responsible for development of a content mining and semantic based product offerings for the conversational online advertising, SITTI. Researches, analyzes, and develops technologies for new and existing systems to support text mining requirements.
Qualification
Basic Qualification
- Hands on experience in text mining techniques (e.g., information extraction and retrieval, text categorization, text clustering, etc.)
- Hands on experience with data mining techniques (e.g., classification, association, rules based induction, etc.)
- Experience with text mining and data mining tools and algorithm
- to develop novel algorithms to index, analyze and draw conclusions from internet and corporate data
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Qualification
- This experience will be coupled with a broad knowledge of the major relevant informatics resources and predictive approaches (e.g. QSAR, data-mining, classification methods, etc.). Programming skills in a number of languages (e.g. perl/python, java, C, C++), familiarity with database querying (SQL, PL/SQL) is required. Experience with a number of data analysis/predictive model development is desirable (e.g. R, SPSS, Matlab, Octave, etc).
