- The conference is free for presenters and participants
- The Organizing Committee does not cover the cost of transportation and accommodation
- All papers are submitted in English
- The seminar will be held in English and Indonesian
- All papers will be peer-reviewed. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding and ten best selected papers will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings* indexed by SCOPUS
- Non-presented papers will not be included in the proceeding
- The Committee’s decision is final and can not be appealed

Preparing your manuscript
