Seleksi Penerimaan Pegawai CIMB Niaga di FMIPA UI

Akan diadakan tes tulis bagi mahasiswa freshgraduate fakultas MIPA-UI jurusan Matematika / Statistika, pada hari Jum’at 26 Januari 2018. 

Bagi mahasiswa jurusan lain yang berminat dipersilahkan, namun lebih diprioritaskan untuk jurusan Matematika / Statistika, sebagai salah satu kriteria untuk posisi Credit Modelling Officer.

Bagi teman-teman alumni dengan pengalaman kerja min. 2 tahun bisa langsung mengirimkan CV nya ke alamat email kami dan tidak perlu mengikuti tes tersebut. Tes tersebut diperuntukkan bagi teman-teman freshgraduate ataupun pengalaman kerja ≤ 2 tahun.

Kegiatan akan dimulai pada pukul 09.00 WIB dengan agenda sebagai berikut :

• Sharing session dengan user/HR PT Bank CIMB Niaga
• Tes tulis dan psikotest TST
• Interview dengan user dan HR
• Jumlah peserta dapat dimaksimalkan 80 orang, sesuai dengan kapasitas ruangan. Bagi mahasiswa yang tidak dapat mengikuti tes karena keterbatasan tempat dipersilahkan untuk drop CV kepada kami.

Credit Modelling Officer

Is a position to involve in developing Basel II IRB and IFRS9 model for retail and non-retail credit exposures in CIMB Niaga and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively involved in developing Basel II IRB and IFRS9 models both retail and non-retail for measuring capital requirement and provision.
• Involve in implementing the models in the system (capital engine, provision engine and LOS).
• Support manager to maintain and ensure the model have good predictive power and suitable for the bank’s portfolio.
• Support manager to ensure such models are developed in accordance with Basel II, IFRS9 and related standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree majoring in Mathematic or Statistic with GPA min. ≥ 3.0
• Age max. 27 years old
• Have knowledge on the modeling methodology and risk management. Have experience in model development would be an advantage.
• Active English (oral and written)
• Ability to work under pressures
• Demonstrate the following qualities : integrity, high motivation, self-confidence, driven / energetic, good communication / interpersonal skills, professionalism
